experience and exceptional CLAT preparation. If you’re not fully satisfied, we

encourage you to reach out to us—we’d love to understand your concerns and

try to resolve them. However, if you still wish to proceed with a refund, we offer

a transparent policy that balances flexibility with fairness.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to We Learn Legal .
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to We Learn Legal , accessible from https://welearnlegal.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

1. Eligibility for Refund :

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be made within 30 days from the commencement of the course and not from the date of enrollment.
  • The student must have attended at least 90% of live classes during the 30 days. Watching recorded sessions will not be considered
  • valid attendance. Partial attendance in live sessions (e.g., attending only part of a 60-minute class) will not count as full attendance.
  • You must not download any of welearlegal.com Premium materials [ saved on your device]
  • The student must have successfully submitted the assignment and mock tests issued within that period of 30 days, on time, and under the prescribed submission guidelines. If a submission deadline falls after 30 days, timely and proper submission is still mandatory

2- How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the student must:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Refund
Request – [Course Name]
Include the following details:
Full name
Registered email address
Registered phone number
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.


    3. Processing the Refund

    • Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5-7 business days.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within the next 7-10 working days.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is successfully processed.
    • Refunds will only be made to the original payment source.

    4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
    ● The booking amount given at the time of registration of the course will not be refunded.


    ● Refund requests made after 30 days from the start of the course will not be accepted under any circumstances.


    ● Refunds will not be granted if the student attends only a portion of any class, as full attendance for the entire session is required.


    ● Refunds will not be granted if the student claims to have watched 80% of the recorded classes, as this does not count as live attendance.


    ● Refunds will be denied for accounts flagged for suspected misuse, policy violations, or credential sharing.


    ● Study material including hard copy books charges are anon-refundable if the materials have already been dispatched to your
    address or the online study materials have been downloaded.


    ● The student requests a refund for only part of a bundled or combo course—partial refunds are not allowed for individual components.

    5. Exceptional Cases

    In exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, technical errors, or transaction failures, we will process a full refund after verification.
